What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes your first chapter (Early Years & Family), voice or text interviews, up to 10 photos, and a basic PDF export. It's a great way to try out the service before upgrading.
How do voice interviews work?
Our AI interviewer, Sophie, will have a natural conversation with you about your life. Simply click the microphone button and speak - it's like talking to a friendly interviewer. Sophie will ask follow-up questions based on your responses.
Can family members contribute?
Yes! With a paid plan, you can invite contributors (family and friends) to share their memories and perspectives. They'll receive an email invitation and can contribute through their own interviews.
How long does it take to complete a biography?
Most people complete their biography in 2-4 weeks, spending about 30-45 minutes per section. You can work at your own pace - there's no rush. Your progress is saved automatically.
Is my information private and secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your biography is private by default - only you and people you explicitly invite can access it. We never share or sell your personal information.
Can I edit the AI-generated chapters?
Yes! After Sophie creates your chapters, you have full control to edit, refine, and personalize them. The AI provides a great starting point, but the final story is always yours.
What formats can I export my biography in?
Depending on your plan, you can export as PDF, Word document, EPUB (for e-readers), or order a printed book. The Complete Legacy package also includes an AI audiobook narrated in your voice.
